Intellectual Property

One Digital Development retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, systems, processes, and internal intellectual property including the ODD Growth OS™.

Limitation of Liability

One Digital Development is not responsible for:

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Only necessary cookies are used until you agree to more. The categories are:

• Necessary (always on): stores your cookie choice and supports site security, forms and sign-in.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, loaded directly by this website, to understand how the site is used. Data is processed by Google.
• Advertising / marketing (optional): the Meta Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager, used to measure our advertising. The Meta Pixel is currently not active; it is only used if we enable it, and only with your advertising consent. If enabled and you give advertising consent, Meta Platforms receives information such as the pages you visit and your browser details.

These tools are not loaded until you agree. Google Analytics loads only after Analytics consent. Google Tag Manager, which we use only to load the Meta Pixel, loads only after Advertising consent. We also use Google Consent Mode, with all signals set to denied by default.

Google Maps

Our Locations page can show a Google Maps map. It is not loaded automatically: the map only loads after you click “Load map”, and that choice is remembered for your current browser session. When the map loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. You can use the “Open in Google Maps” link instead, which opens Google Maps in a new tab.

Changing or Withdrawing Consent

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawal stops further optional tracking straight away and on later page visits, and we delete the analytics and advertising cookies our site can remove (such as _ga, _gid, _fbp and _fbc).

Your Consent Record

Your choice, the date and time it was made and the version of the notice shown are stored in a first-party cookie named odd_consent and in your browser’s local storage on your own device. The cookie expires after 180 days, after which we ask again. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Data Protection

Because services involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, refunds are handled differently from physical products.

Project Deposits

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Completed Work

Refunds are not available for completed work, delivered milestones, approved deliverables, consultations, strategy sessions, or completed service engagements.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases involving:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Failure to deliver agreed services
• Exceptional circumstances determined by management

Website Maintenance & Retainers

Clients may cancel recurring services according to the notice period defined in their service agreement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
